An update from an earlier post. I ordered a train-set from Amazon to be delivered by city-link. Who delivered it to some random guy I don't know. I read that "unbiased no non-sense hard journalism" article... How can anyone take that article seriously based on the "journalist" quoting message board posters? Oregon State is a better team. They should be especially hot on offense and I don't really see how BYU could stop them. BYU is probably more motivated. And they might be able to take advantage of OSU's poor pass defense, since they don't have much of a pass rush and their secondary has been decimated by injury. I think that if Oregon State comes to play they could win by something like 42-28...

This would be a question answered best by PayPal. You are in a sense providing non-tangible goods to the customer. PayPals buyer/seller protection does not cover non-tangible goods. Im assuming since it's an advance and not a deposit the funds will be used to pay for the service.
