My set up is: BT cable comes inside to master socket via A and B connectors on master socket. NTE2000 filtered faceplate on master socket. No other extensions or wiring. Title preety much explains it , but when my phone rings it makes the Noise margin go up sometimes it can get to as low as 3db and then the phone will ring and it will go up to 7db i have been monitoring this over the past few weeks and noticed this, is there anything i can do to sort this out ?

Hi, For about 2 weeks now our internet connection has been disconnecting very frequently, to the point where it's virtually unusable. Before then it was OK with a couple of disconnections here and there, but nothing too bad. Sky unlimited LLU activated yesterday from BT option 3 I have noticed my down noise margin goes from a solid 14db to at the lowest, 2db in the evening.
