Pee tests told me I'm pregnant but when I called to set up my first appointment (in a couple weeks) nobody said anything about taking a blood test to confirm the pregnancy. Did everyone else run out and get a blood test to be sure or are there other people in my boat? Are the pee tests not reliable or what?

So no matter what formula DS is on, he gets mucus in his poop after about day 5, and is fussy/gassy, but not horribly so. I took a mucus-poo sample into the pedi, and there is absolutely no blood in it! What could cause this? I have no pain at all right now, and I'm not flaring. But I see blood. I hope it's just a fluke thing, and that maybe it will go away. Just wondering what could cause it? Thank goodness there's no pain this time though. Whew!
