The Turbo button indicator seems to be always 'on'. The indicator light is either bright or slightly less bright when pressed. We are getting frozen food in the main food section of the fridge. The water dispensor line periodically 'freezes' (I tested its solenoid - at it works). We had large icicles forming in the freezer section until I turned off the ice maker. The Freezer temp is at minimum...

I am still chasing my no heat problem. Changed out the water pump this morning. Old one looks like new. Installed a new one anyway. With the motor running, temp gauge at midpoint, water moving across the top of the radiator at 160 degrees, I can pull off either and both heat hoses at the firewall and there is no water. If I lay the hose down toward the ground, it will gravity drain the block...

My wife & I just bought a country house in upstate NY. We ran the shower this morning and there was no water coming out of the hot water line. What could be the problem? Answer Dear Rob,   I'm assuming you have separate hot and cold valves on this shower. you said there is NO water coming out, correct? The first thing I'd try is removing the stem from the hot valve to see if some ...

I have been chasing a poor/no heat issue in my 77 stock 280 for some time now. The engine temp has never come up even near mid point on the gauge all summer and now with winter, it is becoming an issue. Regardless of thermostat (180, 190,200), the water temp comes up to 160 ish as measured with a laser digital thermometer. With the upper radiator hose removed, there is a ...

My ceiling fell in last night in my rental home. The entire ceiling, insulation and everything; you can see straight up to the boning of the roof. Luckily, none of my roommates or I were home when it happened but we all came home to it. The insulation and debris covered our entire living room, stairs and hallway. My question is how should this be handled? There is absolutely no water damage ...

Hi, my freind bought a Y Reg Rover 75 1.8 from the auction last night (120,000 miles). He drove it back 20 miles and said it drove perfectly. Problem is he says the Heater blowers dont work on it, and his dad checked the car out and says it has no water in the coolant tank. What things should be looking out for/doing? thanks.
