http://tech.yahoo.com/blogs/null/156203 I admit I am not a large fan of Apple computers, but isnt this a bit much? I would love to know if any of you had issues with your warranty coverage because you smoked around your machines. I say that is bullshit either way.

Ive been reading and hearing a lot from the people here on AT and all the talk forums around the archery world on warranty policies and how the various major manufactures cover their products. Its been interesting to say the least. What I really think, is that the manufacturers and dealers alike have been missing the boat on this one. Heres what Im proposing and would like each to ...

Hey guys, I am planning to buy the 8900 unlocked but it does not have warranty. So now Im just scared that if something goes wrong, I won't be able to replace the unit. What should I do? I'm planning to use it with the Fido network.

Ok.. So I have a Xbox 360, an older one, with no HDMI port on the back of it. My friend has a PS3 now, but has a Xbox 360, WITH the HDMI port, but his Xbox has the red rings. His warranty is up, therefore he cant send it in to get a new one back, so he is going to throw it out. Now, to my question... Is there something I can take out of my Xbox and put in his, the one with the red rings, to ...

Went to my local main MB dealer today to see what their take was on items that had been replaced under warranty, that were now giving the same problem less than 2 years after they were replaced. The items were admittedly only metal trim pieces that had started to go rusty, again. They said there was no warranty on parts replaced under warranty. I was even given the ...

Well, I can tell when someone regularly smokes around their PC... and it is pretty ugly. Didn't know I needed 'safety equipment', but then again this was back in the 90's... (grin) Don't really see it all the time these days. I have also witnessed mice 'evidence' in computers, and it was not that uncommon when I was working in Lake Tahoe NV... 1 in 50 systems or so. So, sometimes the...

I posted the first message in this thread and even though I had some serious first year problems with my Smart by the time of my 24,000 warranty my Smart was running good and I've had no problems over the last 10,000 miles. Since my dealer is so far away I've found a good foreign car service center in my area who is convinced that they can work on a 3 cylinder Mitsubshi, so that would mean no ...

That not right, on our website term of service already stated, no refund for service they already use. Likes if you buy a hand phone with 1 year warranty, then on next day, your hand phone got problem, do that company will repair your hand phone for FREE?
