I just bought Nitrix by BSN and it says to take it on an empty stomach. Does that mean just not in your stomach or am I able to take the pills with my protein drinks?

I have just started the BSN Stack: Syntha 6, True Mass, Nitrix, Cell Mass and Axis-HT. Has anyone done this or any other BSN stack? How did it work for you? I am looking to gain about 10-15 pounds of muscle and dropping about 8% bodyfat. Thanks.

This stack is strictly for a friend. He asked me and I am researching it for him, just asking on here to get further advice. He wants to stack: BSN Cellmass BSN No Xplode BSN Nitrix Protein Powder How would he stack these? What times? Etc EDIT: Could he also stack either Animal Stak or M-Stak to this stack?

i've never heard of it being unsafe for teens, while taking no2 i experienced increased body odor and increased appetite, and while on nitrix i experienced nausea due to the high recommended dosage ( but that can be adjusted.
