( Sleep with a fan on .... I let my feet hang out the bottom of the blankets and for some weird reason that regulates my body temp. ! ? Some women use a "chillow" -a pillow that stays cool all night... I have even heard that upping your calcium and Vit. D can help... good luck. Tami , )

hello I've been waking up soaking wet from head to foot and was wondering if anybody else is having this. At first I thought it was just the leaky boobs but seeing as my pygama bottoms were stuck to my legs last night I'm guessing I'm sweating all over. I didn't feel too warm in bed so I don't think its just the temperature. I don't remember this from last time so just wondering if anybody ...

Quote: Can't remember what I was eating at the time and I always eat at least 1-2 hours before bed. I was eating either Quark or Fromage Frais an hour before bed, and I would sweat so much I would have to change the sheets in the night (much to the annoyance of my wife). I stopped eating any dairy after my meal, and instead just had a...

I'm 34 and have had the night sweats for 5 years. 2 things changed 5 years ago: I got married, and, 5 months later, I had an ectopic pregnancy that required a laparoscopy and fallopian tube removal. Since the surgery, the Mr and I both know when I'm going to get my period because of the excessive amount of heat and sweat radiating from my groin (lovely, eh?). It is severe ...

( I sleep with the window open, no jammies and just a sheet over me....also use a fan in the summer when it is hot....but one that that has really helped is gabapentin....I started taking it for joint pain and stopped for a bit....and when I went back on it realized that the night sweets had greatly dimished. , )

Please check with your doctor before trying any supplements that may be suggested. Often supplements that...

Hi (((octrelief709))) I am glad that you have decided to join us! Some women find relief with Black Cohosh supplements. I had terrific luck with an otc progesterone cream while I waited for my remaining ovary to start functioning again. Also, if you scroll down this page, you will see a link for Chillow. This is a good option for at night or while lounging ...
