I get these sometimes and even though I know it won't go any farther I sometimes respond. One time the guy wrote that if I didn't help get the money out of the country, the government would just use it to buy weapons. I wrote back and said that I just happen to be an International Arms Dealer, and could he put me in contact with that government.
