I have a four year old Dell Dimension 4700 series computer with a Intel Pro 100M Integrated PCI NIC card. I'm paying for 7mb internet service, but I'm only getting about 1.3mb usable. I've had Bright House out and they upgraded all the connections, so everything is good to the computer. Didn't make any difference. I'm guessing my card is too old and cannot utilize the higher download...

Hi All, Just got a new machine with Windows 7 64 bit installed, build 7600. It has a rather annoying quirk in that 9 out of 10 times when it boots up, it won't see the network connection. You physically have to pull the ethernet cable and reattach, then bingo it's OK! I know there were similar issues reported with Windows 7 but these issues could apparently be sorted by disabling ...

If I ping this server from another server, I get some ping replies back, but some get lost. I can RDC to Hyper-V server, but I only get black screen and that is all. I'm sure Virtual Network is configured correctly, because this configuration works on other ...

Hi, Is it possible to use in US/South America a network card purchased in UK? My Belkin F5D7010 ver 1313UK (on a Toshiba Satellite & Windows XP) worked fine in London but refuses to work in America. The network seems to be okay since my wife's Macintosh works just fine. Any idea/workaround? Thanks
