Hello, Management wants me to migrate from Netware to Windows AD. I presently have about 10 Windows Servers 2003 in VMware. Should I use Standard or Enterprise. x86 or x64. 2008 or 2008 R2? I have an Enterprise agreement. Is there anyone at MS that can help with these decisions?

I have a Netware 6.5 server and just changed the IP address from 10.0.0.17/8 to 10.252.0.19/16 I changed every file I could find from the Novell tech site and ran inetcfg to make changes there too. Everything comes up find but the I start seeing duplicate address warnings from the console. The MAC of the dup is the MAC of the server. After I read the datasheet of endpoint protection it has the Linux OS support and then I checked an information in symantec website.
