Had my navel done for 5 years, its been out from the start of this year and had it re pierced last night Didnt feel a thing when it was done, so glad to have it back in.

Obviously I take the jewellery out, but I was wondering regarding keeping the wound clean and so forth; just carry on with the SSS for a while, or should it be fine? Also I have a weird blister going on around the bottom hole; what should be done with this? Should I take the bar out and it'll sort itself, or should I try to get rid of it before? *sigh*
