Has it been confirmed yet? I was just wondering since im getting a new 1080p hdtv for christmas. That would be awsome if this game was native 1080p but im not going to give my hopes up since not many games this generation are. Also, a bit off-topic but I was just wondering whats the difference between 60hz and 120hz hdtv's? And which is better for gaming and why?

I switched on my computer yesterday to find that my screen had 2 black borders above and below which was odd, so I tried auto-adjusting my monitor, which didnt solve the problem it stayed the same, I went into the Nvidia CP to reposition the screen and I could only move to replace the border on the bottom of the screen, the top was permanent, any way I solved this problem by adding custom ...

Hi, I installed Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit on my laptop with 8600M graphic card and tried to use my Samsung 206 BW external monitor like I used to in XP x64. Although I tried several drivers ( from 156 series to 195 series and from Nvidia to laptopvideo2.com) I could not get 1680x1050 native resolution. I got all the updates from Microsoft, installed them, got latest or most stable drivers of ...

Would it be possible to (optionally) pass native amiga pixels directly to the VfW interface so they won't be affected by 'display' or 'filter' settings'? Or in other words, is there a permanent buffer (at all) that holds the native amiga resolution (pixel exact) where winuae could grab the data from? Would be useful for saving resources by playing high resolution and recording native pixels.

I upgraded XP to W7 Home Premium using the clean install. My monitor is an Acer X221W (22 in. widescreen) with built-in EDID that allows Windows to control the hardware. This has a native resolution of 1680X1050. My video card is an ATI Radeon 1650X with the newest Windows 7 approved driver and Catalyst control Center. I had found the Vista driver for my monitor and installed it. When I try to ...

I have recently upgraded to windows 7 and after installation I found that windows reported my native resolution as 1600 1200, but it should be 1680 1050.. I had windows XP previously and had the same problem when using a digital (DVI) cable. By using analog windows XP allowed all modes to be exposed and I was able to select 1680 1050 by creating a custom resolution with nvidia control panel....

Hi, Is anyone aware of an HDTV that supports the MacBook's native resolution? Currently I have a 32" Samsung which does not - first I have to change the resolution on the MacBook to something smaller and then hook up the TV, resulting in a distorted and blurred image. I'm looking to replace the Samsung with something larger, say 40"-55". Thanks!

I'm experiencing this with the new 195.62. Never had to deal with this issue before. I'll set my resolution to 1620X1024 or thereabouts for general web surfing. Then upon re-boot, the resolution gets set to 1920X1080 (native) for my Acer X233ch. I have only noticed this with this driver set and am wondering if there is something I have set wrong in the Control Panel. ...

Recording same display area before scaling should be "easy" to implement. Quote: Btw, why is there no filter/x3 (just 2,4,6,8)? Why skipping the odd ones? They are useful too. If i use Null Filter/x2 picture is filtered. Would point scaling be possible as well? Just type the multiplier in the box.

Setting anything at less than native resolution will have an impact on image quality. It will be slightly different between different models. Some LCD monitor can handle it better than others, but it's not like it will make games unplayable.

Found the problem by myself. This strange behaviour related to custom DPI setting of fonts size. Once I reduced it to 125% reported resolution match to native one. Michael

I'm having this same problem with the gxforce fx 5200, but using a dell s2209w monitor. Did you ever find a solution to your problem? I can get my monitor to work just fine using the VGA connection, but when I do DVI it doesn't work.
