Did anyone see this? I'm pretty sure it was staged. Basically James May built an airship / hot air balloon from a caravan and flew it around the country. At about 200ft altitude he encroached the airspace around NWI disrupting KL and BE traffic, and scrambling the police helicopter. Only blemishes are on the mesh of the filter itself(pictured) from when the guy I got it from removed it from his car. It doesn't look like it's in the element really. It's only in one concentrated area about 1-2 inches...

It's a different SimConnect API call. If you enable SimConnect's logging you'll see. Ok, so I learn these are interpolated values. Now I can figure out what to do with them. The 4 spaces call uses a different API ...

Niknak Quote: It's a shame that Phil Space has chosen to hijack this thread (as he has with several others) to voice his totally unsubstantied, bitter and twisted, diatribes agains Norwich. I don't know what his problem is but I suspect he wouldn't be able to back them up with facts. I have no problems at all with ATC at Norwich Niknak however I ...

Yes, it was all a bit odd....the airship/caravan combo clearly departed from Cardington, James said he was going to Devon, then Kent, somehow arrived at NWI, and the site of his 'landing' was in fact not far from me in Cambridgeshire. The Norwich thing either must have been prearranged, or there were some mightily odd breezes blowing that day. They did the same with the Germans when they ...
