Hey guys, I am new to the site. I hope that I can find some help around here. I recently purchased a 90 YJ with only 102,000 miles. I need help getting it to pass smog. Everything passed with flying colors except the Nox. It was off the charts. I was told to get a bigger catylitic convertor, so it burns more off. What do you recommend? Also, have a slight leak when they do the vapor...

My company is looking to buy a NOx Analyzer. What type of Analyzer would be best to use with Lab View. It need to read CO, CO2, NO, NO2, and NOx. It would also help to get an idea on the set up also.

Hi, I have a Stage 1, failed the test, got 854ppm NOx . Max 505 NOx ; HC PPM limit 66 and reading is 13; CO% limit is .37 and got .03. What could be the cause? I do have an aftermaket 3" exhaust system with a 3" cat. My spark gap is .035. AGP Actuator at T 17PSI and aftermaket AEM CAI. I NEED HELP. DEAD LINE Dec 1.

Update. Revisited checking for vacuum leaks this morning and actually found one. Not a big one but it is after the amm so it is suspect. The air inlet tube has been rubbing against the strut tower over the years and rubbed holes in the ridges. I never saw these before as I was looking for huge gaping splits in the tube. While I was at it, I took off the tb so I can clean it up, and man does...
