Is it legal, if I get the tax stamp at some point, to buy surplus lower assemblies from other countries, and then buy other parts to complete a rifle? New to all this NFA stuff...

I live in Wayne County and I heard something that the previous sheriff made a deal with the DA saying that he would not sign off on any automatic, silenced, or whatnot. Is this true? Now we have a new sheriff in, if in fact the deal was made does it still apply? and does anyone know how Mark Steelman is with NFA items? I'm just looking for info. anything will be helpful.

Let's see whatcha got for stamps. Infidel Uzi SMG with bayonet affixed, Salvage with Checkmate can 8.5" FAL SBR, MK760 SMG with barrel for Uzi can that's enroute 870 AOW, Spectre SBR, AA converted G-20 with Outback II I started the year with 2 stamps...they get addictive after a while.

I've seen this kinda spread arround in a few different threads. I'm not asking what Obamas common sense gun laws are. I'm asking what YOUR opinion on reasonable gun laws are. Personaly I believe the NFA is unconstitutional and should be repealed. There are already laws against useing firearms illegaly and I don't see that it should matter WHICH firearm was used. What are your thoughts on gun laws...

I am having a NFA on my nodule that is 4cm large next week, my question is if the testing comes back fine does it have to be removed? I have not yet went over the results of the ultra sound with my dr he sent me right away for the FNA first. My guess is just the size alone needs a biopsy. I have had a couple of dr and a lab tech say that it most certainally will need t come out. Is that true even...
