KathyDoll, From my DD, AERP overspent on NASCAR because they thought they could raise the shareprice with that logo. NASCAR wasn't going to increase sales for a company that was a very tiny fish in a VERY BIG POND, and AERP knew that. They signed on the dotted line, and then decided not to pay. From my DD, AERP canceled their NASCAR contract because the NASCAR logo on Aero Exhuast's products was doing very little in terms of marketing and was not increasing sales. They figured it was too expensive and they could spend all those millions on far better and cheaper targeted marketing instead. Nascar will BURY Aero in expensive lawyers and paper. Nascar got Aero to sign Nascar's standard agreement. Aero did not pay. Pretty simple case actually. AERO has NO Chance of winning. jmo

Nascar deals are not cheap and AERO did not pay NASCAR all that was owed. NASCAR has sued to collect what is owed. Aero is Insolvent. No office, no phones, no employees, no product ... nothing left. jmo

According to these reports, it seems like it went very well. It helps when you have Mark Martin feeding you advice. Judged: 2 1 This elevates JJ above Gordon who is ONLY a 4 time champ not a 4 times in a ROW champ and of course, pass Cale, which won't make Cale happy either. Chad and JJ have this system figured out. NASCAR better come up with another game because these guys are on to them. Never root for Hendricks, but it is a piece of NASCAR history being made on Sunday.
