Did a long search. Here's where I'm at... 02 Mz3. Into work there's 3 tall speed bumps that i go over 2-4 times per day, depending on the day... Lowered, I think i might be in trouble. my last (00M) roadster had about 1" bars (front to rear body brace) engineered in. These would hit unless i was going very slow. So since most drops, including ...

Ok... I was driving down a small curvy road... then i approach a curve and what do I see??? A Huge 18 wheeler driving in the middle of the road! His rear tires had their eyes (assuming tires have eyes) on my beautiful MZ3!!! I quickly through myself halfway off the road! Everything happened in a split second... my car was close to getting totaled... in fact so close that my front rim was ...

This is a Hamann Carbon Fiber airbox for an S54 engine (found in an e46 M3 or late model MZ3 and all MZ4). The Hamann logo was covered with metal plate with the evosport logo. This was on a race car, and the owner did not want anyone to know what brand the box was. Also included is a high flow AFE filter. $1000 OBO. Shipping available....

MZ3 "Mazdaspeed" Dampers work? So the MS Lowering springs made a great contribution to the car's handling overall. But it's still got that bouncy/floaty experiences over highway dips and whatnot. It's definitely no secret that the dampers are poorly designed for the car and do not have enough rebound. From what i've read so ...

Hey Guys! I'm giving the Mazda247 community first shot at my car for what "I" think is a great price. This is a 2007 Mazda3 Sport. Manual transmission. 50K miles, but still being used. This car has been BABIED since day 1. I don't drive it when it's raining. Wash/detail every week. SUPER CLEAN. No accidents/no paint work/no smoking EVER. No mechanical problems..... everything is ...

Well just about an hour ago i turned on the car at my university and when i shift to reverse (my car is shifttronic) it didn't catch it... Good thing i was parallel parked so i shift to drive and got on my way. Then later i noticed that my car is shifting late to 3rd. I have a thermostat that sends a bad signal and turns on my check engine. Could this be the cause of my problems?

Hello, I have the opportunity to buy a Metz 54 mz3 with the M7 adapter (the latest one) at a good price. He says that the flash does TTL flash metering, However, I cannot try the flash on my E510 since the guy lives over a 1000 miles away from me. Do you guys, especially if someone here does own the flash, know if it does do TTL flash or does it only work in Auto and manual modes? And does ...

New guy here! My buddy is a member on the site here (Bealeass), and made my MZ3 feel like a corolla. A fast corolla, but a corolla nontheless. Color me addicted. I'm thinking this next year may be time to freshen up the fun car roster... the Elise is at the top of the list.... amongst consideration towards a pre-73 BMW 2002 street machine or a Factory Five Cobra.

scoured bimmerforums and the other forums. found lots of discussion, but none on the z3/mz3. best writeups i found were on the e36 boards...that got me to the point of removing the old actuator and at least getting the new one connected to the wiring. putting it back in, tho is a problem. our doors must be vastly different, because #1, i had to get the ...

Less than 2k miles on these injectors.... $220 shipped Bosch 24-lb Fuel Injector Set Part #: 24LBINJ-SET Applications: 1992 - 1999 (E36 MZ3) Most E36 M3 engines today need more fuel to balance the air-fuel ratio after adding modifications such as cold air intakes, cams, headers, etc. During our own testing we found the stock BMW ...

This is the beautiful and rare MZ3 Coupe or M Coupe. I have owned this car for 2 years and have loved every moment of it. However, I have decided that I want a dedicated track car, and simply do NOT want to ruin this wonderful Coupe. It has served as my garage queen/summer weekend car for more than two years but it is time to move on. Currently there are 87k miles on ...

Looking for an authoritative answer on what the Green/Brown wire does for the alternator. I'm counting on M3Forum's reputation as being "the" place for the E46 M3 crowd to hang in.... I believe that it may be different form the MZ3 implementation of the alternator. Alex.
