I have always had low blood sugar since college and have been very thin. Within the past two years (I am 62) I have noticed a light headedness, extreme loss of muscle mass and after I eat I feel sick in my neck and just awful at times. I do not eat junk food, no diet food/drinks, no pre-made foods. My lower legs just above the ankle have begun to swell and I noticed a series of blisters (?) ...

Sounds a little stupid, but this is my situation- I f***ed up my shoulders pretty bad, mostly by "working through the pain", because i didnt want to believe there was a problem. Well i got the results of my MRI and I have tendinosis in my supraspinatous, a SLAP tear Which is a tear in the tendon that connects ur bicep to your shoulder, and sublateral bursitis. These are all parts of the ...

I've always had a relatively fit body as far as I remember. I always enjoyed playing sports and having an active lifestyle. I've served 5 years in the army and that helped me stay in shape. Although, I've always liked eating! And I mean good food, and lots of it. That didn't do much to my body until I turned 30 years old! Around that age, I started to develop abdominal fat but I didn't really ...

protein supplements wont do alot, its carbohydrates you want. You need to eat rediculous amounts of carbs proteins and fats in order to gain, but especially carbs. 7 meals per day, 7 days a week. loads of calories. My advice is get a personal trainer or take a resistance training course at your local gym or college. also you're wasting your time going to the gym once a week, you need...

Weight Gainers generally cost more. You can make your own homemade ones with whey, natual peanut butter, and oats etc. and save money. Its optional to take the protein everyday depending on how your diet is. But definately after a workout. Oh...and I would suggest at least working out 3 times a week. You cant expect much results working out once a week.
