I keep having what seems like a muscle spasm of the uterus. Just a flinching every 10 minutes. I keep thinking I am having convulsions or something, but I don't really feel sick. Anyone experience this or have an idea of what it might be?

Hi Marie, I don't know if that would be lupus or not. Most people w/ lupus have joint pain, fatigue and skin problems. Those are the most common symptoms. Yes i have those, i call them the jerks, its more of an instant jerk, sometimes my legs, hips or arms, wrists. My doctor said it might be like restless legs, but it happens to the rest of my body. Doesnt happen everyday, but when i do theyre like hiccups, jerk after jerk after jerk. I dont feel pain with it tho, just that its tiring and causes anxiety in me.
