Does anyone know when allegheny mound ants make there nuptual flight? particularly in the central maryland area. I know other large ants tend to make there flights mid-late spring after a rain. I found several of these guys nest and wanted to start a colony but there a lil too aggressive to go poking at there awesome mound-city.

When the judge is sentencing Beliveau, maybe they should look at what a stand up citizen he has been since he scammed everyone. He has been arrested for mulitple DWI's, disorderly conducts, and I have even heard domestic abuse. I hope the judge throws this sob in jail for a long time so no one else is hurt my his reckless lifestyle!

SCARY! broken nose and several facial fractures. His mom and dad went right by me while he was still laid out on the mound. She was understandably losing it.
