All three feature ASUS exclusive features such the EPU (energy ...

NOTE: I am a TOTAL tech noob I bought a new motherboard to replace my old one since I keep getting blue screens when using 3+gigs of RAM. Should I take any precautions before swapping the motherboards, or am I good to go by just swapping everything (CD drive, HDD, CPU, RAM, Graphics card)

Hi I have two Compaq 6715s Laptops, identical machines 2 years old. I have used a faulty charger on them both which has blown the motherboards. Is it worth trying to sell them as they are or just binning them. Any advice would be welcome. Many thanks

I've been been collecting a decent amount of machines lately with fried motherboards. How this happens I don't really know but I'm pretty sure thats what I'm up against. I was wondering if there is any hope for the processor in a fried board. Also, is there a cold diagnostic procedure for processors So I don't have to go out and buy a board on faith?
