I watched Obama salute the 22 dead that were returned from Afghanistan last night. My feeling were of saddness and anger. I would be curious to know what he told the families and why their sons died and for what did they die. President Obama has had sufficient time to determine if our continued military presence in Afghanistan is, or is not, in the best interest of the United States....

I learned sophomore year that my roommate and one of my best friends there, I'll call him Nate, was gay. He came from one of the more conservative christian families there, so this wasn't something he felt comfortable ...
