well, it's not a moot point, and you're wrong. The RULE is it *was* a filing company and being bounced doesn't change that. If it did change it, that would like saying, "Well, you got an "E" and then got bounced to pinks for not filing, so the penalty is...now you don't have to file." Makes no sense... The SEC announcements are full of revocations on tickers of companies that failed to maintain ...

Moot Point now! We have both PBRs! So any past debate or conjecture is a passe argument not worthy of debate.. We own Beta and VHS... MAC and Apple! we win either way! They will use whatever works best..End of that chapter!

Sorry to add more..... FoFoF, we have also already discussed how evidential photography is set to follow specific criteria to attempt to accuratly record a crime scene and evidence, there is little room (if any) to intorduce a bias to the photographunless there was a large amount of colusion and falsification of examination records by several people. It is still far easier to plant fake ...
