Hey guys, Much like the problems with finding information that resulted in my creating my review website, I ran into something similar while searching for information about a possible issue with my Miyota 8205. In an effort to solve this problem for the next person searching Google, I would like to compile a list of the resources I found or was linked to in my quest to find out what was wrong...

Was curious on how to remove the rotor (or entire auto mechanism) on a Miyota 8215? I wanted to have the option of making an 8215 to be MANUAL-WIND ONLY.......and rattle-free. I notice some 8215s are rather noisy, because of the rotor. I find it kind of a neat modification just for manual-wind, especially if done rather easily. Is this pretty straightforward to accomplish? ...

I am thinking about modding an Invicta Aussie Diver with a MOP dial that I have really come to dislike. Are there any replacement dials for Miyotas out there; I emailed Noah Fuller and he has nothing specifically for Miyota. I could probably get the hands he has to fit but the dials would probably be a bit too small and not have the right mounting points. I could strip and repaint the original ...

Hi everyone, I just finished replacing a Miyota OS 80 movement in a friends Festina. I\'m having a problem getting the hands set so that the alarm and date work properly. The spec sheet that comes with the watch has instructions, but something was undoubtedly lost in translation. Any help would be greatly appreciated

I recently purchased a watch with the Miyota 2115 movement, it was toast. I ordered a new movement and placed it in the watch and noticed that the date wheel does not properly line up with the date opening in the dial. At first I thought something was wrong with the movement then the more I thought about it ,it is a geometry problem. Most watches have the stem at the 3 o\'clock position and the ...

Hi guys, Maybe one of you might have some insight: My 47mm Ticino Big Pilot auto with the miyota movement keeps stopping every minute or two minutes at exactly 46 seconds until jiggled a little. It just started doing that. It\'s been sitting dormant for about a month and when wore it out the other day, I noticed it stopped and I\'ve been observing it ever since. Any insight out there? thanks

Hey guys - this is in the Seiko forum, someone gave me the great idea to ask the watchmakers, lol. I have a problem, and I\'m curious if I am overreacting. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G_D1Ix6ADiQ What I have pasted below is the only explanation I can come up with outside of a warranty issue. Note that this happens on a few of my Monstrum\'s, I have five now. Any ideas guys? The ...
