I was in the final of a FNM and I was playing Tooth and Nail against his White Weenie. It was 1-1 and in the final game of the tournament. I had a Sakura-Tribe Elder and a Triskelion with 0 Counters on it in play and all of the Tron as well as 3 Forests...

I'm looking at a couple of things: 1) Does this person have the credentials I'm looking for? - Degrees, professional certifications, etc 2) Do they have the experience? - Have they worked with this skill or technology? In my industry? Do they have experience managing teams?...
