We are in the planning stage of inplementing SCCM 2007 and need advice on using SQL 2005 SP3 or SQL 2008. We have a clear path to the SQL 2005 solution,( no budget or licence road blocks) and just want to know if anyone has had any issues of migrating SCCM 2007 on SQL 2005 SP3 to SQL 2008. The SCCM server will eventually have to use the SQL 2008 database platform. Thanks in advance.

Bought a 27 inch iMac - trying to migrate my old accounts from a 24" iMac running SL. When I connect the firewire cable in target disk mode, the windows partition appears! ;-( Cannot get the mac partition to appear, so no firewire migration. I ran across this utility: http://www.laplink.com/pcmover/ ...which will supposedly move all your files, programs etc from an old computer to a new. It will even let you swap HD's as the "Old" and "New" computer in the same box. I assume deactivation would still be important for CS.with such programs? Any caveats, and has anyone any experience
