Hey guys are there any visual signs your retaining water, started drinking a gallon or more water 3 days ago from drinking maybe a litre a day and my midsection looks a little weird. Im about 7% bf so i can def tell a difference. havent gained any on the scale really so i dont know. also statred eating 3000 clean cals bout a week ago from prob 22-2300 but like i said no real weight gain. thanks

This is a Mercury 2.5 Offshore Racing Motor. This engine received regular servicing and it was running FLAWLESSLY when removed. I'm 44, 5'8" 192, little fat around midsection but not a belly. I am curious what the best way is to shift fat from my midsection to other parts of my body, or perhaps dissolve the fat. I am already fairly leand and I am making an effort to eat clean, but the fat deposits there currently, how can I rid myself of them. cheers mates.
