Any Jewish person, whether or not he or she believes all the things that Moses and the Jewish prophets have told us about the first coming of the Jewish Messiah Yeshua (and also about His return), are still Jewish. This, beyond all contradiction, especially holds true insofar as Messianic Jewish people are concerned ... who DO believe the Jewish Bible (consisting of the ...

It would seem that the majority opinion is that people are free to call themselves by whatever religious label they want regardless of their religious views. Therefore if Jehovah's Witnesses are Christians then Messianic Jews are Jews.

Any one want to discuss the messianic prophecies in the Hebrew scriptures (OT) concerning the messiah? What ones actually pertain to the messiah that Christianity calls Jesus and which ones have been taken completely out of context? Isaiah 7:14 is one that I know that has been taken out of context to give support of the virgin birth of Jesus. In the KJV and some other NT versions, the word...

He was handing flayers. I asked him if he was trying to Christianize people. He told me that they were Jews who simply believe in Jesus, that he's the son of god and that he died for our sins. How is that not Christianity?

Premillennialism in the Old Testament (Part 1) Dr. Arnold Fruchtenbaum I. The Basis for the Belief in the Messianic Kingdom Premillennialists have often been criticized for basing their belief in a Millennium entirely on one passage of Scripture, Revelation 20. Because it is found in a book well noted for its high use of symbols, they say it is foolish to take the one ...

In Christianity, Christmas is the festival celebrating the Nativity of Jesus, the Christian belief that the Messiah foretold in the Old Testament's Messianic prophecies was born to the Virgin Mary. The story of Christmas is based on the biblical accounts given in the Gospel of Matthew, namely Matthew 1:18-Matthew 2:12 and the Gospel of Luke, specifically Luke 1:26-Luke 2:40. According to these ...

There should be no argument as there are two elements to being a Jew, one that Jews are a People, and the other that Judaism is a choice of religion to follow . I appreciate your input, but as a Messianic Jewish person, I know that it is 100% true that I have never left Judaism to follow some other religion. I have not 'converted' ... nor have I gone over to the 'other side'. ...

Chuckosh1- I went to jewfaq.com for further info regarding the messianic coming. The talk of one of the traits of the coming one is the establishment of a world government. My first thought is, yea right, getting the whole world under one Govt. without forceing it. And, secondly does this not sound like the Anti-Christ of fear and fable? I for one will be part of the underground, for ...

Our global warming froze the wheat when we got an early hard freeze two or three weeks ago before we got our first snow which melted away right away. We are back on track with temps in the 20's and 30's now, but the damage is done. Unless we get snow soon the winter wheat will have to be plowed under come spring and a second crop planted. Around here it's more of a global gamble. It all ...
