Is there a way to help someone that has a mental illness if they refuse to seek help? My dad just keeps getting worse and worse and won't get any help. He says others are the one with the problem. But all he's done for the most part over the last three years is eat, sleep and drink so I believe that would make anyone lost their mind. This is even more difficult to deal with now...

not to be a downer- but early onset of familial alzheimers can present in patients in their 40's and even in their 30's.
