I think there should be an exotic two handed weapon. There are 3 exotic 1 handed weapons and 0 exotic 2 handed melee weapons. So DLC is sure to be out in a little while (you can define "a little while" however you want...) and there will likely be new melee weapons. What do you guys want it/them to be? My number one would have to be a lightsaber. I guess my number two would be a whip. Kind of like Indiana Jones style. Of coarse with the cracking sound every time you use it.

I have the magic pole +5. Any idea what I should use as secondary? This is my PVP build. I find it very hard to take out opponent with dark silver shield without cheaping out with firestorm.

It seems like the way ranged damage is calculated is “broken”. I ran the comparison, and here are the numbers with my level 30 Nogur: Martelius’ Purifier (with all 7 casteks added): base damage of weapon: 80-105, my skill levels (w/ lots of enchanted gear): Heavy Weapon: 488, Accuracy, 245. i like some of the ideas but some are just plain stupid in context with the game. Its a modern times game and people are suggesting halberd, scythe, bastard swords, tonfas, SPEAR!? ........... Unless the survivors are walking through a weapon's shop or using a weapon otaku's house as a safehouse, it'll be pretty hard to come by those items in daily life :S. hmm for me, butcher's cleaver, ...

/signed A simple solution would be to make the craftable oils applicable to all weapons. I'd actually like to see oils for all damage types,(i.e. fire, light, frost, lightning, shadow) except the make damage types(beleriand, dwarf-make, westerness)
