I have done numerous spyware chaecks all showing nothing detected I have eliminated any options in the media player that would have it trying to check for updates or web items. I have (had) a zensonic z400, z500, xbox1 running pre 2009 version of xbmc (latest versions are too fat laden and slow done poor old hardware), egreat eg-r1, buffalo linkplayer (similar to z500). for audio, if you are using analogue out - z400, z500 and buffalo are very good. xbox1 analogue audio leaves a lot to be desired. it is quite OK to most people, but IMHO it is not good. the much...

Try disabling (unchecking) all active WMP plug-ins in WMP's Options. If you download and run Process Explorer - http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/s.../bb896653.a spx - and look for wmplayer.exe in the process list, you should be able to see which program launched WMP (this program will be wmplayer.exe's parent). I've just placed an order for a pair of the ROKU 410s through Audionation that has come in right on my budget. They sync through serial/gpio. I'll let you know how I get on with them.

Why don't you want add-ons? Use any player you wish with Minilyrics. It supports something like 20 plaayers. If resource usage is the problem use Minilyrics with Foobar.
