Probably should of out this on before I hit the 'check out' button. Finally brought some rubber matting for my lads stable. He has always had a big thick straw bed which is great but this year he has slipped on the concert floor while trying to get up!!! As always I panicked when it happened again and logged on to the wise old internet. I have looked before at getting EVA matts...

So I've gotten some pretty good VV successes this year and I want to display a few of the guitar pickguards that I was lucky enough to get signed. What I would like to be able to do is have the bands name on the matting as it appears on the CD. Has anyone ever had a name screen printed on matting if so how did it turn out? If not what suggestions do you guys/gals have?

Well I've been searching and found some links and tips and can get a basic digital matting using bevels but I'm having issues still. When using bevels and even adjusting the lighting angle the issue I have is it really doesn't look like matting because only 2 of the 4 sides have the shadow correct. I am I trying to do something that is impossible or am I just doing it wrong. I've even searched ...

Anyone know where I can get rolls of 5kg/m2 rubber barrier matting in Germany? I searched this forum for 'Germany' but with no luck. Somewhere close to Munich would be good, if possible.

I continue to work on my masking techniques and have worked with several extraction plugins. The one that I seem to have the best luck with is also free and it is GML matting. It looks and feels like Photoshop extract but it definitely works better for me. I get cleaner images and the foreground and background brush tools let me fine tune. I know that there are others on the market and new ...

I have some photos that I would like to display. I have found a good printer, but need them matted. Does anyone know of any good shops that could handle this? I have found shops that do framing, but I think a simple mat is more appealing. Thanks in advance.

Ok, so I know that detangling is a must to help keep my hair from matting together and being a tangled mess. However, whenever I do detangle, I wind up with a fluffed out mess that won't coil back up. What am I doing wrong? I only detangle when I have a head full of conditioner. I use my fingers and my Jibere comb, sometimes my Denman, but not often. Any suggestions? It makes me not want ...

I need a piece of studded rubber matting for the floor in the back of my camper. A piece about 1.5 x 1.5 mtr would be enough. All the sites I have looked on only do 1.2 mtr wide, unless you want a 10 mtr length which is a bit expensive. Does anyone know of a source at reasonable prices. Thanks

I do my own matting and framing when I sell prints. Of course, a dust cover sheet on the back of the frame, adhered to border of 3M ATG adhesive completes a professional-looking package. But what do you put on the dust cover? I'm thinking about printing gold-foil labels on my laser printer that say the following, for example. The text on the label is centered, which I cannot do here. I thinking ...

Usually paintings done on hardboard (or masonite) are framed. But someone on another thread mentioned matting without framing. And it occurred to me that there may be a variety of other possibilities as well. (In addition to using the cradled versions.) Any ideas?

I'm matting and framing this today. It's 5 x 8 on stonehenge with prisma's. Not for anyone else. I'm challenged by doing feather's and this is finally a bird the I felt was frameable. I'll try a golden eagle next.

Hi Can Uheat confirm if 1) is it ok for me to use 100W matting on 25mm plywood without insulator? I was told that anything more than 100W will need insulator is that right? 2) What kind of adhesive would u recommend for ceramic tile on top of ply with the UFH in between? Thanks.

Hi A couple of questions on UFH installation: 1) I'm planning to install in on ply.. do I still need to use SLC? Is SLC only neccessary if the base is not levelled? 2) The electrical supply for UHF matting, does it come from main ring spur? 3) Can I first install the UFH and do the tiling and then only get an electrician over to fix in the thermostat? 4) Is there anything in ...
