mathias they are shares of CyberMark that got transferred to CMKX illegally based on the fraud that Casavant and other insiders committed. The buying of the shell never happened which means my shares revert back to CyberMark. Yes they are worthless but they are legal registered shares. Are you even capable of understanding this stuff mathias?

mathias you are missing the whole point. Fraud was committed to sell shares to buyers. I bought shares in a legitimate company back in 2001 well before the fraud was committed. Do you understand that? My shares are legitimate whereas everyone that bought starting in November 2002 bought unregistered securities. Does that sink in with you mathias. mathias I never stated I was sole investor in CyberMark, as usual when you get off your medication you make things up. There are approximately 34 shareholders from CyberMark. Next when the SEC stated that the crime was committed starting back to 2002 everything prior goes back to its original position. But you are too stupid to understand that.
