Cotto, Pacquiao, Marquez all have 67" inch reaches. Mayweather has a 72" inch reach Zab Judah has a 72" inch reach 5 inch reach advantage. Will it matter?

Three men in the ring with Pac, and two think Floyd will win. Marquez said it won't even be close. Oscar hasn't made a prediction yet, but since Floyd has somewhat of a partnership with GBP, he will likely pick Floyd.

I mean Marquez was good as a featherwieight and he beat a so-so Diaz at 135 but at 144 or whatever, he was just nothing. He was bloated and slow, no crisp to his punches and looked old. Even with all that, Floyd still could not KO him. I do not understand why some so called boxing experts put any emphasis on this win by Floyd. At least when Pac fought DLH, he was going up in weight and supposedly...

All I remember is that one time where Marquez tagged Mayweather on the face, then Mayweather nodded to him, and the very next punch from Mayweather sent Marquez to the floor. The only thing Floyd cares to do on the ring is to make you miss and humiliate you for 12 rounds, rather than giving you a quick KO. Can't wait for the Mayweather vs Pacquiao fight.

Here's what I see transpiring over the next year. Floyd pulls off a respectable victory over Pacquiao, but the fans will still want him to face a true welterweight. So a mega fight at the Staples Center will be setup between Floyd and Shane (he will beat Berto). Marquez will defeat Hatton in the UK to regain his "star power" and will fight Pacquiao for a 3rd time. I wouldn't be shocked to see...

According to wikipedia.com http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_current_world _boxing_champions#Light_flyweight.2C_Junior_flywei ght_.28108_lb.2C_49_kg.29 Juan Manuel Marquez is the current WBA, WBO, and The Ring Lightweight Champion. And Edwin Valero is the current WBC Lightweight Champion. Why not make a fight between JMM vs Edwin Valero for the UNDISPUTED Lightweight Championship of the World ...

Watch objectively and give honest assessment. No way. Marquez won 9 rounds. 8 rounds if you only have one good eye. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NA4hhULBeqk&feature =channel

Now that by all indications Pacquiao-Cotto will surpass the PPV against FMJ-Marquez, FMJ is now singing a different tune, "....Pacquiao and Cotto has huge fan base, I am not surprise that they will do good in PPV.....while I do it alone" Such an statement is a slap on the face on Marquez and the Mexican people who bought that PPV, FMJ before his fight with Delahoya just do an average around 360K...

To my fellow Paclander's, During a recent interview w/ Marquez on a Mexican radio station, Marquez made it clear that a third bout w/ Pacquiao is the fight he wants. "The first choice for me is Manny Pacquiao, but I know they are going to negotiate w/ Mayweather. But if it doesn't happen, then I want a fight w/ him. If the ( Pacquiao) fight doesn't happen, I wll consider a possible bid...

If Mayweather plays hard to get we can have Pacquiao vs Marquez in texas or in the Philippines. - roach This makes a lot of sense, too once in for all prove that Manny Pacquiao is better than Marquez. I bet Marquez is going to agree with this instantly. what a treat this will be for Filipino in the Philippines if it happens. whether before or after Mayweather. I hope this happen

Should Edwin Valero get past Hector Velazquez, and he should, it'll be his first succesful defense of his WBC 135lb title. Valero has shown he can crack, and he's expressed his interest to fight the top fighters like Soto, Hatton, Marquez and Pacquiao. He said he would fight at 135 and 140. Now Ricky Hatton has hinted at a comeback, and I think a clash with Edwin Valero would by fireworks. ...
