I went to the doctor today and was prescribed Marinol to help "stimulate an appetite" I went to a CVS pharmacy and am going to go pick up the meds tomorrow afternoon. I'm just wondering if anyone here has any experience with this medicine and what to expect in comparing it with actually smoking a joint/bowl. I'm assuming the effects vary from patient to patient but I'd still like to hear...

So I'll have to stop smoking at least for a few weeks until this whole legal deal I got myself in is all set, and after that I might not be able to smoke for a loooong time. But! I'm pretty sure I can get Marinol from my doctor and I was wondering if anyone here had any experience with it.

now, if someone could get ahold of that spray that has THC and CBD or whatever the other chemical is called, that would be the shit. from what I understand that gives the feeling of being stoned. because it has the other chemical in it. there's still major rates of tar in smoked herb, hard to deny...eh? but yes, that's true, some cannabinoids are said to be beneficial against cancer...but only if you vaporize or use an extracted spray of some sort("marinol" anyone?), otherwise tar will just worsen things up.
