We saw Gold drop from around $1190's to $1137 on that Dubai debt announcement... And 7 days later another significant dip from $1226 to $1161... A lot of countries outside US have 7 days to meet a margin call... 7 business days from Wednesday the 25th, November was Friday, December 4th.... Could be more fallout soon in the weeks to come from this.......

Nate, I really like your margin call theory. Do all margin call sales go in one lump, or are they permitted to sell across a day or more? Likely the former, but a seller would see it coming and choose to sell over the few days before. Then how do the negative voices know this sale is coming? If the seller told them, they can pick up some money on the short sale. So is this legal? Can that seller ...
