How "easy" would it be to swop out an auto tranny for a manual? Put a 240D 4-speed manual into a 300D turbo? Anyone currently driving something like that?

I am trying to confrim whether or not this crankshaft will be compatible with a manual transmission? This crank is from a CVT. I have searched and found conflicting information as to whether auto/manuals have different cranks. This question goes out to anyone that has changed their 2.0t clutch: Does this crank look correct for a manual transmission? Thanks!

I have a 97 Ford Ranger w/ 5 speed w/ 145K on the odo. I was driving it today, and it seems my 4th => 3rd synchro is no longer working, I can get it into gear by either gently pressing it in place after a second, or, I can ram it home with a minimal grind (I'm sure neither is appropriate!) I have a 03 manual transmission for a gt-s, it only has 10k miles in it.trying to sell it 500 OBO, dont know what is really wrong with it but when the car moves in any gear you feel a like a bump once in a while. dont wanna mess with it i just wanna sell it. could be use for parts or whatever or it just could be a bad bearing.

I have just completed a auto to manual conversion on my '00 ZX2. The donor car was a pre-'99.5 (4-wire MAF) car. When I use my pre-'99.5 MAF the a/c compressor runs full time while the '00 PCM (6 wire MAF) prevents the a/c compressor from running at all. I am having trouble getting the trany case back on and noticed a green wire is broke off there are two total can I solder it or do I have to replace the whole plug. I think its the neutral censor. I have a 91 explorer man. trans.
