There was talk going around that the Wizards offered the 5th in the 2009 draft to the Spurs for Manu but the Spurs said no, now looking back at the Spurs have to be a little mad they said no to the 5th pick now.

The San Antonio Spurs, despite sitting on the tarmac in Milwaukee and despite not getting into NY until 3:30 am plus an early start time, defeated the New York Knicks with Defense! Still too many turnovers, but, as Manu said they played with their heads instead of their legs.
