I am trying to follow this book with meal plans. However, by following the menu plans exclusively, I am not even close to reaching my BMR caloric intake. The book doesn't really go into snacking etc... However on the grocery list there are things like popcorn , protein shakes and other snack foods listed (they aren't on any menu plan) . Just wondering if anyone knows how/when these foods should ...

So, i went from 193 now im down to 163, now i wanna get a cut to go down to 150-155. Im 5'8 So, as of right now I do a GOOD amount of cardio per day, usually around 3 miles on the treadmill Then i do a variety of workouts each day Im only taking in around 2000 calories and am at about 15 percent body fat. I was called into my recruiter's office to do PT with the new Pvt.'s and PFC's. As we were doing PT they were talking about "not making the cut." They said that the DI's look for any small thing to have you kicked out of boot. I was wondering, what things would cause this? I understand a recruit not putting out a effort and things of that nature, but is there anything else? Thanks much.

gdnp: you are absolutely correct. Bert had his share of 5-2, 6-1, 7-0 beatdowns, but there were several 2-1 and 3-2 gmes thrown in there, thus "only 15%." Not at all. It only took me about 2 hours to do both. The hardest part was making sure the hole I cut out matched the grommets I was using. I also cut the blinker relay so I don't have the hyper blinker problem usually associated with LED tails. I still have to add some kind of side blinker and reverse lights to be able to legally pass Mass state inspection, but I don't need a new sticker until ...
