On a 1997 and a 1999 retail Vics, driver's side, the middle portion of the driver's side wiper doesn't want to come into contact with the windshield, just wipes over it. Tried bending the arm, replacing with a junkyard arm, expensive wipers, cheap wipers, anybody heard of this before? Passenger side on both cars wipes just fine.
