Must be mechanically inclined, energetic, and willing to learn. There is great opportunity for advancement. Pay will depend on experience. Took my hubs and disc rotors into a local machine shop to have some work done for my rear disc brake conversion. Guy behind the counter said: 'what's with all the Vanagon owners lately, I've got another job back here for a Vanagon owner." So, whoever dropped off the set of mercedes alloys to have the lugbolt holes enlarged, just letting you know they're not ready yet!!...

Just like it says... I need to move out some of this stuff, some of it's extra stuff or new stuff, that I just haven't used... - Freak Front in NEW condition... makes roughly a 14" barrel, depending on which back is used - $30 - AA Front in great shape, little bit of exterior barrel rub at the tip, mint besides that, no effect on barrel performance... Makes roughly a 14" barrel as well...

I need to cut a small piece of carbon fiber for a piece I am making for use on my tt bike. I figure I could do it with a dremel and a diamond cutting wheel, but I'd like to avoid the potential mess. Does anyone know of a machine shop around the menlo park area that has a water jet cutter?

Hi...going through a conversion from swing to IRS and this is the latest twist. By going with an 002 trans, my engine with dual carbs now sits closer to the frame on the right side to the point where my carb is dangerously close to the frame. Too close to mount without the adjusting screws hitting the frame. I need spacers machined that will go between the manifolds and the carbs to raise ...

I found a guy that says he can do small jobs, if it doesn't work out I may just take a hacksaw or a dremel to it. After cutting aerobar extensions and steerer tubes I found that it can get a little messy with all the bits of carbon fiber. It's actually really simple, I have a carbon plate and I need to cut it down to fit between the aerobar extensions, so I can mount a ...
