I've discovered that my 1 yo DD loves mac n cheese, but I don't want to make her the boxed kind due to all of the salt. I also know that Velveeta contains quite a bit of sodium and that is the only way I've made homemade mac n cheese. Does anyone have a suggestion for a homemade recipe that would be lower in sodium/salt? I'd also love any suggestions for 'stage 3' baby food recipes....

Went there today had the Sierra Turkey was pretty good and a cup of French Onion, a tad bit too salty, and they put some shaved parmesan on top instead of putting a nice slice of Gruyere cheese on top to bubble. That annoyed tidbit annoyed me.
