Anybody else use Arctic Cooling MX-2 thermal compound? I needed to replace the compound on my computer's cpu and headed down to my local computer shop and asked for some Arctic Silver which i've used for cpu's in the past and the guy at the counter tells me "we don't use that anymore" and hand me a tube of the MX-2 apparently it outperforms Arctic Silver and the best part, it's non-...

Getting a new CPU and wanting to do the cooling right this time so I'm getting a backplate, new fans and thermal paste. I always planned to get mx-2 but I was wondering - is mx-3 really that much better? Is it worth paying about 50% extra?

Had hoped this economic crisis would bring some more "rare" Ibby's out of the wood works. Seen prices dropping, but no real bump-up in supply of my most-wanted list. Did add very nice black Maxxas MX-2 to the collection today. All she needs now is good clean and a new set of strings.

For sale I have a Multivox MX-2 Full Rotor, which is a very nice leslie simulator. I don't know much about this unit...analogman has one for sale for $350 on his website with some sound clips if you want to check it out. This unit is in fair shape, but functions great and is very quiet. $150 OBO.

Prices are slightly higher than the last time because I had to pay GST this time round. Everything comes with free postage but my responsibility ends at sending the package. For a peace of mind, please add $2.50 for registered mail especially if you ...
