Could anyone please suggest me about the method for comparing proteins from bacterial cells (and identification of proteins)? What is the benefit of each method?: Gel-C-MS/MS vs. 2D-gel (MALDI-TOF) First, I decided to use 2D-gel (MALDI-TOF) but Gel-C-MS/MS might be better. Thank you.

What week/day did your MS start? At this stage of pregnancy the last time i had nausea. Never did i vomit, but i havn't felt like that at all this pregnancy! Knock on wood though! It could be due to the fact that i am taking B6 (helps with MS), but i dont even get nauseous. Im not complaining, in fact i am grateful. I recently upgraded MS Office 2003 Standard Edition to MS Office 2007 Professional Edition. When attempting to save new Word, Excel, or Powerpoint files to a network drive I get a message ' "drivename\foldername\filename" cannot be found. Check your spelling, or try a different path.' I can save new files to local drives, or I can retrieve existing files from network drives and save them...

In MS Office 2007, when saving in the old office formats (.doc, .xls, etc.), a ton of temp files are being created. When saving in the new formats (.docx, ..xlsx, etc.) this does not happen. 1. Is there any way to prevent this? My folder are filling up quickly. 2. Is there a utility I can use to delete the temp files? I am using Windows XP
