Is there anyway to render a MPEG1 with After Effects render queue on the Mac? I don't wanna compress it with another app, I would like to render a mpeg1 directly. Is there any codec to buy? Thanks for any help /Jonas Ringheim

We already tried this on multiple Windows systems with MPEG1 from different encoders. When we jump near the end of a video the audio is always out of sync. The same videos play without sync problems in VLC or Windows Media Player. This seems to be a problem of current quicktime player versions. I am using 7.6.4 (518.35 / 1327.73)....

Hi, I recently bought a new LCD TV which can play videos from USB Drive. But it can only play MPEG1 format. Could you please suggest few freeware applications for Mac OSX/Windows which can convert all of my video formats(wmv, avi, divx, xvid, mkv, mp4) into a good quality MPEG1 videos?

Hello, I do a lot of videos or video presentations for sales type people to use within powerpoint files. I usually supply clients with WMV files using flip4mac, which works well. I'm trying to import mpeg movie files into fcp. The files import and the video is there and plays however i'm getting no audio?? I tried dropping the file in the timeline and that didn't work either. Also it wouldn't play in the timeline without dropping frames. Any suggestions would help. ...
