On my mori with a 6t control when I have the spindle speed up near max speed when it comes to an M5 it alarms out and kills the machine like an e-stop. The only way I can to get it to run is to step down the speed a couple of times before the M5. This is a program that has ran thousands of times with out a problem. The only thing different is that this machine has sat down for a couple of months....

Just wondering, did Mori Seiki buy Hitachi Seiki? If so, do they service them also? Offer replacement parts? We have 3 Hitachi HiTEC-Turn20SII lathes, 5 HiCELL23 MillTurns and 2 SuperHiCELL's at work and apparently no where to get parts for them... If there's anyone that can shed some light on this it would be greatly appreciated! Thanks, Sean

After a long break from working on my twin Mori Lathes, I finally got around to installing a 10hp rotary phase converter in my shop (garage). But reading through the old documentation and manuals, I'm a bit worried that my 240v service will be too much voltage for the controls (Yasnac 2000), which are labeled as "200-220v." Anyone else running on a RPC? What are your recommendations?...

Guitarist Sameer explains, "..because our time is so short, and it comes to an end, we need to take advantage of the time we have now to live the lives we always dreamed of living." When talking about the album ...

This is a 54 inch Midhandle Plus, Extreme Series, it has a fully enclosed track, laminated Teak, Alexander handle, Neptonics trigger mech, and it will have a 5/16 Mori spear and 3 - 15mm bands. This is my favorite gun size. I know there is no such thing as the perfect gun for all situations. But if I could only have one this would be it. www.biddaddycustomspearguns.com
