Hi everyone. Due to the terrible budget cuts in CA I am being forced to make some hard decisions about classes. I really want to take the MCAT next September but still need to take Gen. Chem II, Orgo II, genetics, and physio. Due to post bacc schedule conflicts I can take all but Orgo II. Schools around here dont seem to be offering it over the summer so I may be stuck. It has been said that if you take the MCAT 3 times, you should look to improve your score "significantly." I have scored a 26, and then a 27. What kind of score would be considered a "significant" increase for me?

So I have been considering taking the MCAT in the end of summer of 2011 (I plan to apply in 2012 for the 2013 year), as that way, I would have the whole summer free to study for the exam. Is anyone in the Harrisburg, PA area studying for the MCAT interested in studying with me? I have the a new and an old set of Kaplan MCAT prep course books-verbal, chem, physics. I can also borrow Examcrackers books from my friend. Maybe we can meet once or twice a week on a college campus or somewhere and study for a few hours.
