According to an article posted at phonedog.com, T-Mobile is planning a 7.2 Mbps buildout by the end of 2009 for certain T-Mo phones to include the G1. Can someone explain this?

Running Windows XP and IE version 6 (also have Safari). I'm connected according to Local Area Connection Status at 100 Mbps, but no web pages will display. I ran Network Diagnostics and successfully executed netsh winsock reset catalog - no help. 1 person needs an answer I do too
