Is this good? I'm trying to gain muscle mass so I'm trying to eat more often. I know Mayo has alot of fat etc, but I'm only using ALITTLE. So does this work as a good meal to eat? Since tuna is so healthy as well as wheat bread, Would they cancel out the fatness of Mayo? I cant eat Tuna without Mayo ;p

I am confused about the use of low-fat mayo vs regular. I enjoy the cilantro mayo & the recipe calls for low-fat mayo, but in the Hello Bread chapter, under Cheeseburger , it states, about mayo "Remember to use the regular kind, not the low fat...." I'm not a big fan of the reduced fat mayo, so using regular would be right up my alley. Thanks

I love tuna but I have never liked tuna salad sandwiches because I hate mayonnaise or miracle whip. Any other suggestions? How do you make your tuna salad?

He added the ham and cheese on his own, and we can't get enough of it! You'd never guess this BBQ is so easy and so fast!” View this recipe now

Try spicy or horseradish mustard, chopped dill pickle, garlic powder, pepper, tomatoes, green peppers, cucumber, green onion. Place on lettuce and enjoy! Only about 150 cals for entire can and has tons of protein and omega-3. Tuna gets a bad grade on the site but it's really good for you. The site doesn't differentiate between good fatty acid and bad.

You get "1 good fat" as you called it with lunch and another with dinner-- that's 1 Tbsp of full-fat mayo, oil etc. per meal (there are other equivalencies in the food list). But breakfast is an optional teaspoon ....
