I am getting ready to do my yearly lubrication on the glider. Just wondering what most people use to lubricate the linkages, hinges and connections on gliders. I have been using LPS2 on most everything but am wondering if LPS1 would be better for certain applications?
What does everybody use to lubricate urethane suspension bushings before installation? I was also wondering what can be used where the body mounts meet the frame? The rubber always holds in the moisture and causes rust at these points, is there anything that can applied beforehand to prevent this? I was thinking that silver anti-seize compound might work well but I do not know what it would ...

Why can't the oils be seen lubricating the gears when looked at from the back of the case. I hope this is not a syupid question but I know these watches have some for of lubricant protecting the moving parts? SRR

Hi folks...just took my new Colt 1911 Commander to the range for the first time. Before I did, I disassembled it for some initial lubrication. The back seat that folds down would cease up after pushing the button in to unlock and would not return/lock into place. Wife leaves for Mexico this Christmas on a mission trip. She is taking the 2000 suburban, I changed oil/filter. My question is (Yes I bought a Haynes service manual) Lubrication points. The only ones I found, (Haynes sux) was both upper and lower ball joints, is there anything I am missing? thanx for any help that I am missing.
